Online Booking API

The website was integrated with online booking API as it makes the building of booking service easy. We just had to plug-in all the functionalities which are needed in our web service.
Using API allows real-time scheduling and booking of appointments 24×7. We used the Client Login custom feature to allow only the customers with login information to book the services. This provides authenticity to the website.

Location-based Booking

The appointments would be made on different days of the week at different locations, so to ensure that customers can only schedule on the specific days where the electrics specialist are available, we integrated the location-based booking system for the customers.
This allows the customers to first choose a location, and then see the availability in that particular area

Managing Schedules

The customer will look for the availability of the services in his location and will schedule a time for the repair work to be done. The system then needs to check for the availability of the electric experts in that location for the scheduled purpose.
To manage the scheduling of the appointments, we integrated a system which will show the availability of the services in every location.
If a service-man is busy during the scheduled time-slot, the web app will look for an alternative service-man who can provide service or will alter the time-slot. Hence giving complete customer satisfaction.

Result

The website for 5star Electrical was successfully developed and launched. The client was happy as his customers were now able to ask for help from both website and customer care number.
After the launch of the website for his company, more customers from different locations are connecting.
