Aeronux

Aeronux is an EOE/AAP employer which provides complete private jet charter brokerage company you will ever need. All flights are operated by Part 135 carriers. Operators providing service for Aeronux clients meet standards set forth by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). They have an Aeronux AeroACCESSTM program which provides the users to avail the best offers without any membership fees.
Aeronux is a worldwide, on-demand charter service that offers private flights to more than 7,000 airports in the United States and abroad.

Managing Global Data

The web app would have to work exactly like a commercial flight booking website, with a user-friendly, easy to use click and book functionality.
Email and text notifications would notify those searching for a particular route if a suitable jet is available. The database would be maintained for users as a separate entity. All the user details will be stored and retrieved from that entity.
Our web application uses MVC Framework along with CodeIgniter which helps in the proper flow of data.

Handling User Trips

The web application uses search or GeoIP data to establish the closest airports for the visitor to show relevant local flights.
Javascript for generating instant price quotes were developed. The user needs to enter the trip details whether it is a one-way trip or round trip, Departure city, Arrival city, time, date of journey and no. of passengers traveling.
The form data then goes to the database and is executed in a form of query to receive the details of the jets that will be suitable for the journey.
AJAX was used along with the javascript to trim down the time taken by the query to execute.
Journey price was calculated in accordance with the type of jet selected and then an email is generated and sent to the user which contains the trip details.
Secure payment gateway integration was made possible with the flight booking API.

Managing Multiple Destinations

Multiple destinations option was integrated into the flight booking API we used. We added the option of choosing multiple destinations in planning a trip as it saves the time of booking one-way ticket between each city.
It makes the travel planning unique by saving time and money all at once while guaranteeing the perfect trip to multiple destinations across the world.

Membership Plans

The users were given different membership plans to choose from. An agreement form was uploaded to the web application which can be downloaded and filled by the user if we wish to avail the services. A membership card is issued to the user according to his plan opted.
The records of the members were stored in the database separately for each membership plan. It gave us an ease in managing the user data. Data handling of the stored records was done through jQuery.

Result

The web application for Aeronux was successfully developed and launched. The visitors on the web application were able to book their journey with an ease.
